Delete your account

In the app: open Family, then Delete account. This removes your sign-in and devices right away. If you are the last parent in the family, your children’s profiles, photos, activity, rewards and growth-log notes are permanently deleted at the same time — immediately, in that one request, with no retention period and nothing to undo. If a co-parent or caregiver is still in the family, the family and the children stay with them and only your own account is removed.

Can’t open the app? Email privacy@noorture.com from any address with the phone number you signed up with, and we will delete it.
